What You'll Do

  • Detail customer vehicles to Ardent's high standard
  • Train and develop new and existing team members
  • Run on-site quality control using our 15-point checklist
  • Mentor contractors through their 30-day trial period
  • Be the customer-facing leader at job sites
  • Help refine processes, kits, and standards as we grow

What You Bring

  • 3+ years professional detailing experience
  • Strong communication & ability to teach others
  • Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
  • Pride in quality and consistency at every step
  • Your own detailing equipment (or willingness to use ours)
  • Leadership instincts — prior management experience a plus

Strong work + happy customers + great team rapport? You convert to W-2 as our Detailing Team Manager — with company equipment, real growth, and the chance to help build the operation alongside us.
